The Portra 400 has warm color rendering (slightly warmer than the Portra 160). The color saturation is also slightly higher than with the Portra 160. The skin tones are reproduced very well differentiated.
It’s the ideal choice for portrait and fashion photography – as well as generally outdoor shots where you need to capture fast movement or where you can’t control the lighting.
