Frequently asked questions

On this site you will be guided through the process of ordering film development through our lab.

We offer two ways of delivery for your films:

• Mail to our address
• Drop off at our delivery station at our address: Hans-Resel-Gasse 20, 8020 Graz

We use a Noritsu HS-1800 and LS-1100 to scan your film. Furthermore, we offer a variety of choices when it comes to scan-size and -method. In the near future, we will also offer scans from our recently acquired Fuji SP3000.

• Large Scans: 6 Megapixels
• XL-Scans: 30 Megapixels

Medium format

Depends on the format. Square Format: 30 Megapixels.

All films are developed in house in our film lab in Graz. Color film is developed with our Noritsu V30. Black and white film is developed by hand by our darkroom expert Michael.

As soon as your order is completed, your processed film will be returned to you via the chosen shipping method. The shipping method is chosen during the checkout. You can either pick up your film locally at our film lab in Graz during opening hours (Tuesday and Friday 3pm–7pm) or we will mail your order back to you.

This is dependant on the amount and variety of chosen services. Color film is developed on an almost daily basis. Black and white film is developed in batches one to two times a week, depending on the volume of film (Tuesday and Friday are our usual days). Usually all orders are completed within a five day timespan. This timespan might extend during some weeks, due to the large of amount of film that arrives at our lab.
